Bought this poncho for travel. It was great on the plane, so cozy and yet lightweight. The poncho folded down small enough to fit into my bag and I was happy to have it in the cab on the ride to the hotel. I was debating if I really needed another merino piece, but the poncho surprised me as I wore it as easily on the plane as I did to dinners out, in the botanical garden and in the natural history museum. I might have to get another one in a different color.
