We want you to love your Mad About Merino purchase. If you're not 100% delighted, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.
Prefer an exchange? We're happy to offer free exchanges for a different color or style of equal value — no shipping or handling fee applied.
Need help with a return? We can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will simply be deducted from your refund. Or, if you prefer, you're welcome to ship the item back using your own method.

Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, Mad About Merino ships to the United States and Canada only.
Canadian customers: Please note that your order may be subject to import duty or customs fees, which are imposed by the Canadian government and are the responsibility of the importer. These charges are not included in your purchase price and may be collected upon delivery.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your Mad About Merino item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.

How Do I Exchange or Return an Item?
To begin a return or exchange, please email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and our return shipping address.
Items must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in unworn, undamaged, and clean condition, with tags attached. Returned items must also be free of hair, perfume, and cigarette smoke to be accepted. Items that meet these requirements will receive a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.
If needed, we can provide a prepaid return label, with the label cost deducted from your refund. You're also welcome to use your own shipping method.
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item for a different style or color of equal value within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange items must be in like-new condition, with tags attached, and free of any wear, scent, or damage. We’re happy to offer free exchanges — no shipping or handling fee will be applied.
