We want you to love your Mad About Merino purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. 💕
You may return your item within 30 days of receipt and choose from the following options:

Refund: Return your item using your own preferred shipping method at your expense, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Or, if it’s more convenient, we’ll be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for $15, which will simply be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit: Choose a Mad About Merino store credit for the full value of your returned item, and we’ll provide your prepaid return shipping label free of charge.

Exchange: Prefer a different color or style? We’re happy to offer a free exchange for an item of equal value, and we’ll provide your return shipping label free of charge.
