We want you to love your Mad About Merino purchase. If you're not 100% delighted, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.
Prefer an exchange? We're happy to offer free exchanges for a different color or style of equal value — no shipping or handling fee applied.
Need help with a return? We can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will simply be deducted from your refund. Or, if you prefer, you're welcome to ship the item back using your own method.

For your convenience, we're happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you choose to use our label, $15 will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and processing.
