Should you want to exchange your item for a different color or style we will be happy to comply with a $10 shipping & handling fee.
Returned/Exchange items must be in clean "like-new" condition to be accepted for return and must be free of hair and pet hair. Items must be returned in their original Mad About Merino Bag at owners expense.
