Should you not be 100% delighted with your Mad About Merino item you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a $10 shipping & handling fee.
Should you want to exchange your item for a different color or style of equal value we will be happy to comply without a shipping & handling fee.
Returned/Exchange items must be in unworn, clean, undamaged, "like-new" condition to be accepted for return, and must be free of hair and perfumes. Items must be returned in their original Mad About Merino Bag at owners expense.

Do you provide International delivery?
At this time Mad About Merino only ships within the United States and Canada. Other International locations will soon follow.
What is the Return Policy?

Please contact us via the form above to receive an RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) and our shipping address, and ship your item back in unworn, undamaged, "like-new" condition within 14 days of receipt. What are my delivery options?
Our delivery options are currently Priority Mail only. We're located in Hawaii and unfortunately next day shipping is not available. Mad About Merino does not take responsibility for the Post Office not delivering on time as we have no control over bad weather, or other conditions out of our control. We do promise however to get your package into the mail same or next day as promised.
